Pesticide Applied
Learning Series (PALS)
Pieces of the Puzzle; Does Atrazine Affect the Risk of Cancer?
by Suzanne M. Snedeker, Ph.D.
Cornell Sprecher Institute for Comparative Cancer Research
Overview:
The PALS modules (Pesticide Applied Learning Series) make current scientific
topics on agriculture, the environment and health available to pesticide safety
educators and extension agents. Educators can adapt modules for their own use
and for presentations to pesticide applicators. This module explores the current
scientific evidence of whether exposure to the herbicide atrazine affects the
risk of cancer.
