In June of 2000, based on the Scientific Advisory Panel’s recommendations, the Environmental Protection Agency changed atrazine’s cancer classfication to: “not likely to be a carcinogen in humans”. The Environmental Protection Agency’s reregistration decision is expected in 2003.
